I was feeling overwhelmed with obligations and finding balance in my life. My stress was manifesting its way into my marriage and other relationships. I wasn’t sure what I would gain from a life coach but I knew finding balance was a reoccurring theme in my life that I was ready to conquer. Working week after week with Yvonne was a very structured journey through a very chaotic time. In our sessions we explored emotions and desires for my life. To my disbelief I wasn’t as in tune as I thought. Yvonne provided me with relaxation techniques to help counter how I was feeling.  My biggest gain after our weeks together was realizing that my life matters too. The things I learned about my emotions, breathing, eating habits, and desires for myself, along with the tools we used to dig deep and figure out what was missing were life changing. Yvonne’s passion for life change and fulfillment is apparent in her work.  I appreciate all of her energy and passion that goes into what she does!



I knew I needed to get back on track with my health and I wanted to lose weight. What I didn't realize is how much of a role stress had on my weight. Learning how to deal with the stress was a big game changer for me. I learned how to gauge and manage the mental triggers and temptations we all face in our everyday lives. I also learned how to be more mindful about what and how I eat and I discovered that I really do enjoy healthy foods! Working with Yvonne helped me adopt a balanced and healthy life plan in order to feel better, and have more energy. I even shed some weight without ever feeling like I had to deprive myself! I looked forward to speaking with Yvonne each week. She is knowledgeable, passionate, caring, personable, supportive and down to earth. She reminded me that I do matter. I am exceptionally thankful that she helped me be a better me.
